For 117 years NAR (National Association of Realtors) has held the industry hostage and run up exorbitant fees on it's Members which trickle down to the Clients. For decades the MLS was the only way to get your home seen by the masses via the Realtor Boards, today that is no longer the case. Freedom Real Estate Associates has teamed up with My State MLS to access the MLS without the fees so we can pass the savings along to Buyers and Sellers.
By going directly to the Buyers we are often able to cut out or remove the Buyers Agent from the equation allowing the Seller to retain more money or use it to incentivize the Buyer to purchase their home over a competing property. We will show you how to sell faster, get a higher price or both.
Just as the newspaper industry, the travel industry & the taxi industry have changed due to technology, so has the real estate industry. The only difference with the real estate industry is that NAR is holding on for dear life. No longer are the real estate boards the only place to gain access to the nationwide MLS.

I know this sounds different, but so did requesting an Uber to drive you, using Expedia to organize your trip or searching google for information. Tech companies are simply better at marketing than 100 year old antiquated, bloated, irrelevant organizations. Realtors will fight this but they will lose in the end.
