Virtually all homes are ultimately sold by a buyer's agent who finds the buyer for the home. A recent National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) report found that 88% of home purchases are made through an agent or broker. Sellers typically rely on a listing agent to market the home, while a buyer's agent represents the homebuyer. Lets get them to help the Seller.
Offering compensation to the Buyers agent will certainly make your listing stand out and possibly get more showings. Employ an Army of Agents to get your listing sold.
We recommend putting the commission on the contract informing the title insurance company of the necessary disbursement. Our title insurance company partner is familiar and understanding of this procedure. The commission becomes part of the contract and guarantees the Buyers Agent is paid.
Florida statutes require real estate licensees to disclose their duties when acting as single agents or transaction brokers, but they don’t mandate a formal buyer-broker agreement to be signed before showing a property.
In Florida, NAR member Realtors are required to secure a written buyer-brokerage agreement before showing you a home, a rule that’s been in effect since August 17, 2024. It’s not state law, but failure to comply could violate NAR policy. Who cares what NAR's policy is, we aren't part of that organization and not bound by their rules. Our Agents are not required or subject to the Dues, Fees and cost associated with NAR, FAR or any local Board.
Why pay NAR, the local Board or those outrageous Stellar Fees? There has got to be a better way and you are right. You can still be a licensed ACTIVE agent without paying thousands of dollars. Our Brokerage allows for your to still be active but not pay dues.
117 years ago NAR was born, but it has become a bloated, antiquated organization that doesn't warrant the fees and cost forced upon its members. Licensed Sales Agents have another choice than to go INACTIVE... Go Active with Us.
